Workouts: Week of November 5-11

Every Monday morning I will post my planned workouts for the week, here’s what’s in store for this week:

Monday:  3 mile run (easy, on the treadmill), 1000 yard swim

Tuesday:  yoga, and don’t forget to VOTE!!!

Wednesday: 4 mile run (easy)

Thursday: yoga

Friday: easy swim just to stretch out the muscles, just for about 20 minutes, no counting yards

Saturday:  Richmond Half Marathon!

Sunday:  Swim 1000 yards

Last night’s dinner was roasted chicken with Dijon mustard and maple glaze and vegetables, made by Chef T 🙂 I made homemade biscuits, a super-easy recipe from Cooking Light.  Add a side salad and a wonderful unoaked chardonnay and voila:  a yummy Sunday evening dinner.  Looking forward to leftovers tonight!
