Weekly Workout Schedule

It’s going to be a busy week indeed (at both work and home), but workouts will resume and hopefully make it less stressful…

Monday:  6 mile run outside

Tuesday: weightlifting

Wednesday:  rest/yoga

Thursday:  Blue Talon Bistro Thanksgiving 5k (the RW running streak challenge starts today!)

Friday:  yoga/lifting (or on Sunday..or both days), 1 mile run

Saturday:  8 mile run outside–Yorktown Battlefield likely

Sunday: yoga/lifting (or on Friday..or both days), 1 mile run
