Weekly Workout Schedule

This week’s workout schedule:

Monday:  3 mile run–DONE

Tuesday:  1 mile TM run, lifting (NROLFW), plank workout

Wednesday:  6 mile run

Thursday:  yoga, plank workout, 1 mile run

Friday:  1 mile TM run, lifting (NROLFW)

Saturday:  1 mile run, yoga

Sunday:  plank (hold as long as I can), and Reindeer Dash For Cash 10-Miler in Greenville, North Carolina
